INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We welcome international orders and will ship through the postal service with Global Priority International which includes insurance and tracking.  We reserve the right to substitute First Class International via the postal service for any order 1 lb and under in weight or under $50 USD. If you wish to upgrade to Express International, UPS, FedEx or DHL, please contact us and an invoice for the balance due will be sent to you.  

FOR OUR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:  Shipping costs are higher to Australia and you will be billed for the difference before your order is shipped.  We reserve the right to substitute First Class International via the postal service for any order 1 lb and under in weight or under $50 USD, in which case there will be no additional shipping due but your order take longer to arrive.  Please note that as of 5\12\08 minimum (and exact) cost to ship 1 lb or less to Australia via Global Priority is $22.50 USD.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:  Please make sure that the address provided with your order is current and correct.  We cannot be responsible for shipments made to old or incorrectly provided addresses.

We cannot be responsible for your order once in the hands of a foreign postal service.    NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES, TARIFFS OR TAXES WHICH MAY BE IMPOSED BY FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.  CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS SERVICE FOR INFORMATION AND RESTRICTIONS.

SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT:  At this point in time our program will not accept international telephone numbers.  Please input a series of numbers such as 555-555-5555.  Your true telephone number will not necessary to place an order. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to rectify the problem when a new web site is published.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:  We are happy to accept returns on new items within 10 days.  Sale, clearance, and used items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. Your purchase price will be refunded through the same method as the original purchase. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error. Items must be returned and received in good condition before refunds will be issued.   Your refund may be reduced if there are smoke or perfume odors, deodorant marks, dirt or damage.  Checks will need 10 business days to clear before refunds are given.  

TROUPE & TEACHER DISCOUNTS:  Ask about discounts available for purchase of four or more like items. Discounts do not apply to sale and clearance items.

CONSIGNMENT:  We accept your consignment items!  Contact us for information regarding consignment terms.

SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS:  Several of our items can be specially ordered for size and design.  Contact us for specially sized harem pants, skirts and cholis.  Handmade coin belts can be designed and sized to your specifications. 30% deposits required on special and custom orders. 

LAYAWAY TERMS:  30% deposit, balance due within 60 days.

PRIVACY:  We do not share your information with anyone.  Period.
