BACKORDERS: In the event of a backorder, you will be notified by email or phone with an estimated date for in store delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: We are happy to accept returns on new items within 10 days. Sale, clearance, and used items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. Your purchase price will be refunded through the same method as the original purchase. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error. Items must be returned and received in good condition before refunds will be issued. Checks will need 10 business days to clear before refunds are given. Washington state sales taxes will be refunded along with the purchase price. We reserve the right to make no or partial refunds if merchandise is returned in poor condition which would include signs of use or perfume and smoke smells.
RESTOCKING: If payment by check or Paypal is not received within 10 days of placing the order, items will be put back into inventory and the order cancelled.
SALES TAX: Washington state residents will be charged 8% sales tax on the total of merchandise and shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS: We ship Priority through the US Postal Service. Delivery confirmation is included with all USPS Priority shipments. Insurance fees can be added upon request. USPS Priority shipments usually are received within 2-3 days inside the U.S. UPS and FedEx will be used upon request, or for certain overweight or guaranteed deliveries.

Some smaller orders (weight, dimension) for the UK, Canada and Australia may be shipped First Class International. You may upgrade to Express International, UPS, FedEx or DHL by contacting us and an invoice for the balance due will be sent to you. We cannot be responsible for your order once in the hands of a foreign postal service. SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS: Several of our items can be specially ordered for size and design. Contact us for specially sized harem pants, skirts and cholis. Handmade coin belts can be designed and sized to your specifications. 30% deposits required on special and custom orders.
LAYAWAY TERMS: 30% deposit, balance due within 60 days.
PRIVACY: We do not share your information with anyone. Period. Credit card information is not held on our site and server.
